Should we start the "Predict # of 2015 Starters from this past draft"?

2015 - Pryor, Amaro, somebody else at WR or G. I think McDougle can't be included in the conversation at this point because of the two season-ending injuries.

    For 2015, I say 3.

Pryor, Amaro, and I think Dozier.

McDougle has had two season-ending surgeries in back to back years. Ramifications of his playing ability due to the injuries aside, that's two years of prime development he missed out on. He has a ton of talent, so I see him as a future nickle for us.

Amaro and Pryor and maybe one more like Dozier. So most likely 2 starters out of 12 picks and 6 of those picks were in the first 4 rounds. Not good.

agree, especially in a very deep draft.

I don't think finding 3 starters and 2 backups is really as bad as everyone is making it out to be. Just look at the Seahawks and who ended up working out for them since 2009.

    2009 - Unger and that's it.
2010 - Okung, Thomas, Tate, Chancellor
2011 - Wright and Sherman. Carpenter finally became a starter 2 years later. Maxwell is a good backup.
2012 - Wilson, Wagner, Sweezy. Irvin is a situational guy.
2013 - Nobody other than Wilson at backup TE.
2014 - Justin Britt on the OL.

You only need 22 starters for your defense and offense. They got Lynch from the Bills. Signed Avril from the lions. Bennett from the Bucs. Harvin from the Vikings. If Idzik can get us 2 - 3 starters and 1 or 2 backups in every draft, the Jets will be a force in the AFC in a few years.

Why does it seem as though every defense of Idzik contain the following phrase: "…look at the Seahawks"?

Calvin Pryor over Brandin Cooks, who I really loved.

Also took Amaro over Jarvis Landry in Rd 2, who I liked better than OBJ......who in the long term seems to be a better pro.

It all started off with Calvin Pryor instead of Ha-Ha Clinton Dix. I thought Jace Amaro would have done much better. 3rd rounder McDougle barely f--king played his last college season.

Terry Bradway HAD to be involved with this.

If we’re gonna look at this draft in hindsight and pretend we’re all draft geniuses it begins and ends with Pryor over Carr.

Can you even thank Idzik for Enunwa as he cut Enunwa after training camp exposing him to every other team.

Given that Idzik cut Enunwa I would call it 0 for 13.
