    1) S, Pryor
    2) TE, Amaro
    3) CB McDougle
    4) PR & KR, Saunders
    5) WR #2, Evans or Enunwa
    6) G, Dozier

So I predict Evans or Enunwa have great camps and pre seasons with 1 of those two taking the 2nd WR spot. Hey, I'm an optimist.

Opening day 2 which are Pryor and Amaro.

Dozier/Reilly/Saunders will play vital roles this season. McDougal might jump in once Patterson gets hurt too. Evans I figure will be the team's no.4 or no.5 and the rest will be special teams fixtures if on the squad.

2 Starters with the possibility of Dozier moving into a starting job at some point. Reilly could eventually become a starting OLB. But there will be significant contributions from a lot of players. Saunders should contribute quite a bit as a returner and gadget player. Evans or Enunwa could contribute as a number 4 WR. Reilly should be able to contribute as a pass rusher. Mc Dougle should be on the field quite a bit in sub packages. Dixon projects to possibly play safety and could see time there. Boyd could get some special goal line or short yardage packages or Tebowesque wildcat packages. George, Ik and a umber of players should have an impact on special teams and raise the level of talent on special teams.

But pure starters its likely only two with a chance as high as 4. But the impact this class looks to have is far beyond starting. There should be a ton of competition in camp. I can;t wait to see how the WRs work out. Kerley may end up being the only WR from last year to keep his job.

Day 1 - Pryor and Amaro (Saunders as return man)
Year 2 - McDougle, Dozier, Evans
Down the road starters - George, Enunwa

You people saying 1 are serious? You honestly don't believe Pryor and Amaro, at least, will start?

Pryor, Saunders (as a PR or/and KR) as day 1 starters

Amaro will start off splitting time with Cumberland mostly used for passing situations but will eventually see more playing time through the year.

We had 5 starters last year, why not something similar this year?

This is more or less what I think. Not as sold on Evans or Dozier. I can see George becoming a really solid high motor ILB for us.

The point of competition is that you can't predict who will come out on top in most cases.

Also, I'd rather do it by snap counts. I don't know that Jace Amaro will start more than half the games next year but I'm pretty sure he will be in more than 50% of the snaps on offense.
