A lot of people thought this was the last place he could end up. ESPN keeps saying its more possible every day Does anyone think this could actually happen?
That would be the most entertaining thing of the 2006 season. I can't stand Owens and all of the attention he gets... but the potential blow-ups are too tempting to ignore.
id like to see him sign with the Jets he brings so much to the playing field and most importantly gives us a true #1 reciever
We don't have a QB to give him the ball...that would be terrible because he would bitch and moan...we don't need TO on our team
There would never be enough balls to go around between Meshawn and TO. Imagine that, they would probably be fighting over who is better all the time.
we had very poor offensive production in 2005.so in free agency and the draft many have said lets address the offensive side of the ball.owens is the top offensive player available as we speak why the negatives? imagine rebuilding the offense with owens on it. id take the baggage for the firepower and explosiveness he gives you on the field.
That was the first thing that popped into my head too. Not a good mix IMO. But maybe Parcells can do something with Mr. Ego.
Huh? Ever since late fall the four most likely spots for him were Denver, Dallas, Kansas City, and Atlanta. There are 28 other places that would have sufficed as "last place he could end up."
I feel sorry for Drew Bledsoe. He seems like a good guy, and now he'll have to deal with two idiot WRs. I bet MeShaun and TO will actually get along really well, and both just team up against Drew.
actually i was talking about before dallas even entered the runnings said that because parcells is a kind of no bs coach, and after the owens fiasco, he wouldnt end up there. what you just said was as if someone said "who would have thought the edge would go to arizona?" and you saying, "well actually arizona is very likely to get the edge!" thanks for your genious input, and btw, there was not any talk of to to dallas untill at least december
