I don't know if this is good or bad news to you, but I just saw a screen blurb that Maine has been put on the 15-day with shoulder fatigue.

I was thinking about watching the Mets series, but now I don't think I'll make the effort. If I'm not doing anything else, I'll turn it on, otherwise, screw it.

It has actually come up that a reason he wanted to get rid of Manny was because he prefers boring white guys as players. The pitching staff is fairly diverse, but the lineup is pretty white.

Now we all know that the classic american negro is a dying breed but every team still has at least a couple of reggie johnsons or malcolm jeffersons....not the Sox boy...New England is like Europe. They dont exactly celebrate the Claudell Washingtons of the world up there now do they?
