He was playing the other day. Didn't get to see last nights's game though.

I believe Wolski has been having groin problems. He was just placed on IR a couple days ago (in the NHL IR is a 7 or greater day period)

That's a shame, I was looking forward to seeing him get his head taken off.

if they stay healthy, they will be a very good team.

Just watched the start of the Habs v Rangers at MSG... seems there was a lot of noise (boo'ing perhaps) during the Canadian and American national anthems. Anybody know what was going on with that? I've heard this during the playoffs before but boo'ing of BOTH anthems in November seems highly unusual to me. Anybody at the game know what happened?

i'm as puzzled as you are and have not heard this until now. the Bruins-Canadiens are known for this , but not the rangers.

Although the Sens get credit for your first two goals. Some shocking giveaways.

Woywitka and Eminger are beyond garbage. Hopefully Stralman can be halfway decent and Staal has a miraculous recovery.

All 3 goals were capitalizing on poor mistakes by the sens.

Good to see them capitalize in limited opportunities.

It's hard when half of the seats in the Garden is owned by corporations. The price to see a hockey game at the Garden (especially now that it's being renovated) is almost the same price as it is to see a Jets game, which is ridiculous considering there are 41 games compared to 8 games in a home season. True diehard fans just can't afford to go to the games anymore.

On a brighter note, five in a row, and Gabby looking like an absolute monster. Playing with intensity, something he didn't even really play with in his first year with us (albeit his first year was a good one). Really looking forward to this year, especially if Staal recovers in time for the playoffs.

Anyone want to score 2 club tickets for tomorrow night, Section 106, on the cheap?

They have a face of $215 per, bought them to take out a client and now neither he nor I can attend. Not trying to get $215 per at this point.

    Let me know!

Deveaux's KO punch was worth the price of admission, Captain Calli had his usual 12-15 hits, Gabby-AA-Stepan line looked great...by the way Neil is a fuckin' piece of garbage, would rather have seen Deveaux knock him out...

It sucks when they price out the real fans like the Yankees did. You need the construction workers and the firemen etc. in there to rile the place up.
it's hard not to be excited though, they are playing well, just stay healthy, that's all i ask.
henrik as usual made some great saves last night.

Girardi has no fear whatsoever, i have seen him block some shots that would
put a hole in steel, he takes a lot of abuse out on the ice, he's a tough son of a gun.

At the Devils Canadiens game I was at last year about 80% of the arena was Candiens fans. They bus them down here and it was crazy......they started their own chants and everything haha

MSG was loud tonight, and I haven't really noticed a difference in the crowd noise at all this year. It's certainly nothing like the new Yankee Stadium, and it's probably harder to tell the difference in an arena than an open stadium.
