    I appreciate the nomination, but there are about 8 posters who kick my ass in knowledge.

    Here are 3:

    Mr E
    Zach (who truly does know his shit, and will attack you like a good poster should)
    WW85


    WSW does an amazing job writing the BGA threads. But I had to do the one that week to one-up him. :grin:

    Oh, and if Beamen were to ever return, I'd campaign the shit out of this for him to get it. I believe he's coaching in college now.

    People shouldn't be pulling their nominations (including WSW)....it defeats the purpose of the awards to begin with. If you start retracting nominations....then you have whiners bitching about their nominations for negative awards. Case in point with TGA.

    Stick to your guns, Jam.

    WSW's nomination should stand......and so should TGA's.

    I think this is what is going to happen.

    EDIT: Whoops read that wrong. WW85 also requested his nomination be eliminated in the Friendliest award thread, and I'm making sure that it stays up, as well as TGA's nominations.

    I agree with this too! It's the people's choice. If the people feel you're knowledgable, or a troll, or whatever, deal with it. It's not like you're stepping down will allow someone else to win money or some shit.

    I didn't think you were gonna win, and I wasn't gonna vote for you (and I'm still not, there are posters more annoying and troll....y than you) but I'm fairly sure you're gonna win now that you let it be known you don't want to. I think last year firemanedjr was making a case that he wasn't the least knowledgeable poster on the site and that just led to an influx of votes for him.
