    He should have been our head coach. Saints are a better team now then they were yesterday

    Yup, Saints look poised for a SB run. Drew doesn't have to drop-back 50+ times anymore and they rebuilt their defense and now Mike will fix their special teams.

    I wish he got a shot to be our HC, Special Teams coaches can be good head coaches and Mike just had the attitude for that role. Held everyone accountable.

    IIRC the Jets special teams weren't all that great his last year or two with the team (Nick Folk was certainly much better after he left than he was while he was here). Don't know that he was ever head coaching material, but a new, highly respected, voice in the Saints locker room can only help, so good for them.

    Big day for ex-Jets on the employment front - Westhoff back in the NFL and Bart Scott one of the people replacing Francesa on WFAN. I expect Westhoff will do better than Scott will.
