    More to the point when you take over a roster that was lean and most were able to be dumped after year 2. None of Maccs draft picks are up for their 2nd year deals yet

    Mac has shown me nothing in his drafts here that warrant him being given more time. In fact he's missed way too many times in the early rounds and made boneheaded reaches (Hack) that easily warrant him being canned.

    He's not going to miraculously get better at drafting in Year 4 or 5 of his tenure. His track record clearly states otherwise. A very poor evaluator of college talent. His horrible drafts are being felt in every game with a lack of talent on both sides of the ball. Can't give him any more chances nor afford to have him keep f*cking up valuable draft picks.

    Hard to blame him for this one.

    Slight tear in his groin. A groin injury in general is never a good thing long term. A slight tear is another level problem. This injury could reappear all year
