The problem is that he hasn't played in the NFL in forever. No QB can come off a layoff like that, get thrown into a game, and outplay Sanchez.
Well, you know, his team had a poor won-loss record the last time he was a starter (even though his numbers weren't all that bad). It's not like you want to bring in someone coming off a lack of team success when you have available clear winners like Mark Sanchez and Josh Johnson.
On a positive note for Sackchez was no fumbles which is pretty amazing for a man that after 4 years was the all time nfl leader in fumbles per game. The really sad thing is Sackhez is arguably a much better QB now with the Redskibs than he was ever with the Jets which is a real testament to how insanely talented the 09 and 10 jets were.
