NFL.com is reporting the Chiefs are finalizing a deal to send Peters to the Rams. LaCanfora was right. I'm completely shocked.

I really like what the Chiefs are doing, going with draft picks, youth and planning for the future by not crippling team with big money contract that only a FQB should get.
that's not what they are doing. the did exactly the opposite and now they are feeling the effects of it and are cap strapped. they also traded for alex smith and gave him a huge contract not to long ago
Didn't Alex Smith get traded to Washington? I believe they have learned from those contracts they gave out, $80 million for a FS? You will see them start making an effort to shed those contracts, this is only the beginning.
they are doing it out of necessity due to lack of cap room but just becuase. if they were sitting on money like us smith would still be there as would peters
I was at the game this year against the Jets where Peters was acting like a 5 year old and got flagged. I dont need a guy like that on my team.
