I thought maybe I couldn't breathe that well through my nose or something during the night so I was mouth breathing. Then it came to me . . . I remembered that I dreamt about the Gase hire. Lucid dreaming . . . mouth open . . . the cause . . . agape at the absolute fukking stupidity of this fukking team. I hate the Jets. Gase could be a very good HC, it's possible he could do really well, but the problem with the hire is that it's a crapshoot. The Jets are GAMBLING with their golden opportunity of a second year franchise quarterback and all the cap space in the world. I wasn't all that excited with McCarthy, BUT, he DID win a Super Bowl and that alone is proof that he is a legitimate NFL head coach. Hiring Gase is basically the same as another team hiring Bowles, it's another co-ordinator who got promoted to head coach and failed. The Bills did this with Rex too after he failed with us. In every sport, we've seen coaches crap the bed under pressure playoff situations who were decent in the regular season. This is extremely poor decision making on the part of the Jets executives

I merged two of them yesterday and I saw you starting another thread today about Klecko. Just out of the blue you want to discuss Klecko. Okay. Brook, I like you and have always thought that you (along with Cman) were the nicest, cutest moderator on the board, so out of respect to you AND YOU ALONE, I will deal with Schillinger/aka Little man aka Little dude in my own way and on my own time. But, I must stress that is NOT out of any respect to him, since he is not worthy of my respect, but it is out of respect to YOU (and Cman) and to the board in general, and to a lesser extent to the NY Jets football organization. The thing is I dont want to give Gase a chance I simply just dont want him as our coach period.He hasnt proven anything to anyone....The Jets are so impossibly inept it seems like they just do it on purpose.
