As indicated, he needs to improve on 2 things ... not taking sacks and needs to put a little bit of work in his deepball

 

He needs work, just like the other QBs. The rate of improvement Lamar had in college in terms of playing the QB position was excellent, so I do think he will definitely get better at the next level.

Oh btw, people didn't watch him play ... just the highlights .. I watched A LOT of Lamar's dropbacks (inc, comp, etc) so I saw his flaws, but i also saw a lot of improvement in the pocket.

 

to me all the QBs have a ton of flaws on film outside of rosen

 

Yup and it's all about situation for these qbs. No qb fits the Jets situation better then Rosen.

I know people are high on Mayfield but as the draft approaches my worst fear is that Rosen is available and we pass on him.

 

There was a small group of Jackson supporters before the trade up. I was all for trying to move down around the 15 and taking Jackson and adding more picks. Still wouldn’t mind doing that if we could end up with 2 1s and 2 2s next year

 

I wouldn't mind it either. my 1st mock draft has us doing that and taking jackson and mcglinchy in the 1st round
