The Jets have signed safety Brandon Bryant after waiving wide receiver Devin Smith, Eric Allen of Newyorkjets.com reports. A Mississippi State product, Bryant was not selected in the NFL’s supplemental draft. The 5’11”, 207-pounder recorded five interceptions and 157 tackles in three seasons with the Bulldogs while appearing in 37 games. At his Pro Day, Bryant posted 40 times of 4.45 and 4.52.
I'm turning into FJF with 'Championship'. Every time the Jets draft or trade for a Safety, it comes out. It's been going on for years. Jamal Adams was the last time it happened. Here we are again. It would help if Men Without Hats knew the sign for a safety on top of it. Can't win 'em all.
