Does anyone else think it might be beneficial/effective to gather a list of draft prospects that people think would be good fits in green and white? That way as we watch games on saturday we can pay attention to certain players. Maybe have a thread for some of our key needs like DL, LB, RB, OL, etc.

I think it would be best to have single threads that we can update week after week wth reviews and updates.

Just throwing something out there as i was looking at some rankings and thought about watching for the players on tv.

    Thoughts?

sounds good to start it off........ lamar woodley...... or any pass rusher, or any body to stop the run would be great too.

I would think of trading down and get either Gaines Adams or Quentin Moses IMO a good pass rusher will raise the play of our whole defense. Or we stay at the pick we get and hope big Alan Branch falls to us.

^^that was my first suggestion. I would say Alan Branch, but I only see him as a 3-4 DE b/c he is too tall and does not fit the profile as a 3-4 NT. but I would say LB Paul Plosuszny. I only say CB Leon Hall only b/c I think he will be a stud at the next level

What about Justin Blalock (OG Texas) or Levi Brown (OT Penn State) to put together a young, diesel O-line?

Rambo. Love the idea and I would also add to the list a defensive back.

Sounds like people are interested so I'm going to start some threads on basic positions DL, LB, DB, etc. and you guys can all feel free to post on any big names, sleepers, young guys, etc. Anything goes, I want to know about top 5 picks and 5th round picks a like because they all matter.

I guess just for now list some people to look for and as the season goes on you can update us on performances.

Good idea Rambo. We sort of did that last year and it was fun. Some of us got it spot on last year and others.....

Yep I'm in , not too many games being covered over here unfortunatley. Last year we got really spoilt for college games.
