They cut the TE Tye to make room for Marshall.

I want to see MORE of Stewart and Hansen, finally... Not this fumble waiting to happen.

ArDarius looks like a player. I like the "smaller Enunwa" description. One thing's for sure - this is a better conversation than we thought we'd be having about our WR's in October. Just wait until Devin Smith comes back ;) (He is on the roster)

I was going to log in to say you were right then they went and signed Gwacham and Stinson , also resigned Bishop to the Practice squad.
I don't think they are sure what to do with Marshall.

There is a one week roster exemption for Marshall. They have until Monday to make a decision on him.

Don't know why... Tye wasn't just a TE. He could line up anywhere... ugh, I wanted to keep him around..

He's an older guy. They love ASJ who can do a mix of everything decent but is the best receiving and fastest TE on the team. Tomlinson is the best blocking TE, Leggett is hurt and Sterling I figure they really like his athleticism (he's also lined up at FB on rare occasions too).

Tye was a temp solution...Hes more of a receiving TE though. Not really much of a blocker.

Wow! Didn't see that coming. I guess they hope he clears waivers and lands on Practice Squad.

Wonder why they didn't just waive him from the start. Must not liked how he looked in practice.

Or they drew straws again, it really does seem like that when they promote them, release then, put them on PS and then promote them again, do they not know what these players can do by now, if they are not good enough for the first team get rid, if they have some future potential put in PS, if they do not show potential after a certain time release them, do not then look at them again and place them back in PS, they are unlikely to have improved sat at fucking home playing madden.

Yeah now they essentially lost Marcus Williams for zilch. Of course it's always a possibility Marshall has another screwup coming down the pike and that's why he was a sudden cut :p

In fairness, I think alot of the players who have bounced between the practice squad and active roster have been bumped up do to injuries.

Will Tye is 25 i believe..
i liked Tye over Sterling, and we haven't seen Leggett yet.

    agreed about ASJ.

Wow. I was thinking they must like Coleman when we released Marcus Williams.

But now we don't have Williams, and who knows if we can retain Marshall.
kind of a head scratcher......i guess it's positive news about Coleman at least?
