This is a Draft board, let's look to the future. Which 2018 prospects interest you?

    I like

    Mike McGlinchey (OT, Notre Dame)
    Calvin Ridley (WR, Alabama)
    Saquon Barkley (RB, Penn St)
    Malik Jefferson (LB, Texas)
    Harold Landry (DE/OLB, Boston College)

If they declare the Jets need to come away with Josh Allen, Josh Rosen, or Sam Darnold.

Jets really need to rebuild the OL, I like McGlinchey.
Malik Jefferson would be a nice replacement for an aging Harris

Jets though will be drafting the best available QB in the first so these guys won't be around.

Kevin Toliver was hurt last year but I think I like him more than guys like Minkah Fitzpatrick.

Would be great if the jets could have Hackenberg prosper and take the top OL or RB prospect.

Next year is the year to get one of the three qb's...... Asuming they come out into the draft, we don't get one of the big 3 (Allen, Rosen, Daronld) its a fail.....

Ozy , I am not sure, but I could make an educated guess based on Hack's senior season at PSU and his limited experience with us. I would love to be wrong though.

The 2 big prospects from LSU next year are Derrius Guice the RB and Arden Key the OLB. Both have a shot to be top 10 picks.

Pretty much the QBs I'm gonna make sure i watch the top 3 (Darnold, Rosen, Allen) every week hopefully they're all good to be honest i don't care who it is i just want one QB i can actually feel confident about for once. Ill root for Hack to do well because obviously that would be tremendous for us but i won't hold my breath.

Mac will take the Safety , Derwin James.....
Seriously though if Hack pans out Mike McGlinchey would be a great pick.
Saquon Barkley could be a great pick, especially if he lives up to the hype.
If Hack doesn't show enough, QB will probably be the pick. Unless we sign Glennon in the off-season......

The QB's - Darnold, Rosen, Allen, Rudolph (sleeper), Falk, Browning, Jackson
Connor Williams - the best of a good OT class
Derwin James - haven't watched him but he's hyped
WR's - need to start researching

    Scenarios for next year -
    1) We suck and get a top 3 QB
    2) We are bad but not terrible and draft top 10, where we can pick a future franchise OT

Not necessarily. If either Petty or Hack prove this season that they are a quality starter and are our QB of the future, the Jets could take the top LT or pass rusher, or trade down for a number of picks.

Hope Hack is great but I think Darnold is the jewel.

Saquon Barkley Looks to be on Zeke's level I think he'd have been the #1 RB this year no problem. He can just do it all.

QB, QB , QB, and more QB.

I don't think everyone realizes just how important it will be for the jets to get their guy. some of us have waited since the last todd interception for this.

    some even longer than that.

It's got to be the QBs D-A-R is really gonna be a fun trio to watch all year long. Rosen off the injury will be interesting. Darnold can he keep up this stellar play? Is Allen more than an improv act?

Barkley also going to be a stud to watch.
