Honest Assessment of the Current Jets Situation

    Another fan who didn't watch a game last year.

    Baker was on the verge of a breakout year until he was injured- before that he was coming on very strong.

    Dressen was lucky if he had 10 catches go his way last year- if you can base your statement on a miniscule amount of throws his way, then you sir should be an NFL scout. Do you remember that Dressen was also brought in primarily for his long-snapping ability?

    Jolley was simply not used in the system last year. When you have QB's who can't get the ball to him or anyone else on the team, stats across the board are going to suck. Do you want to cut Coles and Cotchery too?

    The one guy you left out is Dearth, who sucks as a TE but comes in handy on LS duty- when is the last time you heard "Dearth f'ed it up again."?

    I watched all the games many of them in person the tight end position DID NOT EXIST on the Jets last year.Jolley had 1 good game i will agree with you on Baker.So 4 tight ends room to cut 1-2?
