I disagree. I actually think Harrington got a raw deal in Detroit. The team is a bigger mess than the Jets. Actually, I feel like as long as Millen is still GM, they are a stain on the inside of the NFL's jockeyshorts. That is one poorly run team. I think JH is at least as good Carr, who is another guy suffering from poor FO moves.
If Mawae does save us only $633,000 then we might as well keep him. I think that many teams will be using the CBA issue as an excuse to get rid of the veteran player. Saving 4 mil for cutting Kendall is obvious and understandable but to cut someone for a savings of under 3/4 mil means that you dont want him on the team anymore.
I sirt of doubt that since the NFL told all teams next year cap is 94M & gave them 6 more hours of grace to get below it.
