7th round trade for the guy seems like a steal. I saw him get a lot of push into the backfield. If he can stay healthy, he'll be a solid addition to the interior line rotation.

Yeah he's finally healthy. He's Stout against the run and a surprisingly good interior pass rusher.

He looked massive out there, just overshadowing the O line in terms of height.

I mean, hes 6' 6" so he is massive, but still....

Maybe he didn't have a sack, but the pressure he & the rest of the line put on Stafford definitely helped cause 5 turnovers. Stafford took a beating. No sacks recorded, but good pressure from everyone.

You can't help but wonder what adding Mack would have done to this defense......I was against the trade especially after hearing two first rounders were traded......but imagine what adding an EDGE rusher is going to do ??

there was quite a few times Stafford had a whole bunch of time to throw and our guys were being stood up. But our coverage was really good apart from him hitting receivers on the run which is very hard to cover on crossing our slant routes.

But its been missing in our team for a really, really long time now.

He has a good motor. Was definitely noticeable

He is a 3rd rounder btw, so the talent is there. Maybe he can be a late bloomer for us

If there's one thing this franchise does well...we find talent on the D-Line

He sandwiched old Stafford there. Looked like a Mac Truck going after an Italian scooter.

Now Stafford knows how it felt like to be Bryce Petty of years past.

He's a pure 3-4 DE. What I always liked about Anderson was his motor. He will never be a sack artist. But he does move the pocket and he's relentless as a run stuffer. He had that freak injury to his throat and the Colts decided to move to a 4-3 defense. But he's a very good fit here.

Anderson was a great pickup. Luvu also - Frankie just needs time to develop but he could become a major contributor down the road.

At least we're finally getting production out of the #96 jersey.

Sack totals or the lack of sacks is a fan thing. CSs have said this repeatedly, its the pressures and hits that count. Look at that game, they harrassed Stafford all night, beat him up actually but didnt record a single sack. At the end of the season a game with tons of pressure will blend into the narrative that we dont get enough sacks. :)

anyone remember when this guy was on the colts and he was ruining the game against us? I think it was 2 years ago

when the trade happened and i realized this was the guy i thought "good trade, since 7th rounders rarely pan out anyway"

Glad to see this guy paying off immediately. Lets hope he is a weekly contributor.
