    NFL Free Agency is a big waste of time, and spending money in free agency has yet to really prove to be a surefire way to win in the league.

    The best way to win in the NFL is to draft well and sign the right kind of guys to fit your philosophy. A playmaker or two, a couple of overachievers, and a roster that is average or slightly above average around, without deficiency. New England and Pittsburgh are the class of the league for a reason.

    I think the Ravens are another example of a team that really drafts well. Near all of their starters are from within the organization and up until this year they have run a very successful team.
