Quarterbacking abilities aside don't make the error of thinking that the only reason people file lawsuits is because they think they can win. Settlements feed the bulldog; there's no team in the NFL that wouldn't part with $100,000 to make this go away which would put about two million in K's pocket after tipping out the lawyers.
