There is a reason the Giants are willing to trade him for a 7th round pick. He sucks!

If you miss Wayne hunter than trade for Erik flowers
If you want to see a 39 y.o die on the field then trade for Erik flowers

If the game plan is to have the defensive end pull a hammy sprinting clear to the qb trade for Erik flowers

If you are all ready trying for the top pick in next years draft trade for Erik flowers

he was garbage at LT i wouldn't give up anything for him, but if they release him, i wouldn't mind if he competes for a back-up RT spot.

Maybe trade next years 7th rounder for him if he agrees to a pay cut, next years 7th rounder will be Mr.Irrelevant anyway, the next Fred Zirkle.

Don't see him getting released since there is no cap savings.

For Hackenberg or Petty I'd do it. Heck for both I would.

For a 7th maybe if he can play guard. Because he can’t play left tackle that’s for sure.

Why would anyone in their right mind trade for the biggest liability on the Giants oline? Granted he did play the opposite side of his strength, he's not even worth a 7th.

The Giants save $2.4 million on the cap if they can trade him, so you understand why they'd take anything for him, but I think they're going to have to bite the bullet and release him and take the full $4.5 million hit. Then anyone who is interested can sign him to a much smaller contract (veteran minimum), perhaps with incentives.
