Don’t forget FA, new uniforms , schedule release, and the draft......sometimes ( especially in the Jets history ) those events are more exciting than the games themselves ....lol
I'm not so sure that I'm down with the nepotism. Gregg Williams is allowed to hire his son so the compromise is that Adam Gase can hire his FIL? Or some kind of version of that? I don't like the smell.
Coaching hires are a mixed bag for me. I really liked the Williams hire, retaining Boyer for specials, Pollack, Cooter, and retaining Wilson for DB's. However, very lukewarm on Gase as HC, bringing over Dolphins coordinators, the nepotism, and Williams not picking his own D coaching staff. Guess I'll need to see how all the parts come together, and how well Gase does with Darnold. If grading, don't think I could give above a B- just yet. It does have potential though.
Isn't Belichick's son an assistant scout with the Pats? Feels like nepotism exists throughout the NFL.
This. With his prior involvement in Bounty Gate and his extremely gruff/crude mannerisms there is no way he’ll get an HC job again. He’s Rex x 10- like Rex managing a baseball team. He should stay in his lane. He’s a perfect DC.
coaches hire their sons to make up for the time they missed growing up. its so universally accepted in the nfl that I don't even bat an eye at it.
The chloride part matters here, I think. Now all this talk of salt makes me want vinegar with fish and chips.
Im glad one of you took some form of Chem. Na is sodium which is a metal. NaCl is table salt. Sodium reacts violently with water.
I know. In college we stole a bunch of different elements from the chem lab that didn’t...how would you say...react well with water. One of my friends tossed a big chunk of sodium in the toilet, like softball sized, blew up the toilet and pipes and flooded half my dorm lol. Good times.
