Not exactly an all-time great Jet but he did a decent job under the circumstances.

Cue the drumbeat in New England for Dez. Edelman out for four games, and Hogan is nothing special.

I always like Decker. I thought the contract we gave him was fair, although a little high. Wish Idzik had been better so we didn't have to blow it all up.

    Decker is old news.

Maccagnan knew Decker was done; just as he knew the likes of Revis. Cromartie. Harris. Marshall. Mangold and Ferguson etc were all finished as well.

Our GM in Mike Maccagnan is treating these guys like the Pittsburgh Steelers front office once treated their own ala getting rid of them at the right time.

I loved Decker but I agree, his time was up. It sucked seeing him leave but I figured this time was coming.

With his hot ass wife, he's got a couple other things to play around with, outside of football ;)

Better to get rid a year too early than a year too late. I liked Decker, good guy. I think he won some award for charity when he was with us, too.

Have spent the two previous years prior to coming here in Denver catching passes from one of the all-time greats, I thought his abilities were overrated. However, he put up close to the same numbers with the Jets, who didn't exactly have great QBing. In short, he was a pleasant surprise and he gave the Jets receiver corps a lot of credibility. I wish him well in retirement.
