Looks like Anderson and Enunwa are also going to be out for the game. Wouldn't expect Webb to show much.

How would that be a problem?!
In the same thread we have people bitching they traded Bridgewater ...... and others worried Davis Webb will look too good o_O

It's early, so hopefully my sarcasm detector just hasnt been sufficiently caffeinated yet

When did young players with promise become termed "this stiff", a bit harsh until we have seen him in action.

even if the pick is a complete bust, it would be no different then keeping teddy since he was gone after this year and we saved 5 million on the cap. him coming in to win 1 game for us was pointless to keep him around. he was here just in case whoever we drafted needed to sit. once sam proved he could start teddy was useless to us

i watched him come down the field on a punt, was 20 yards ahead of the rest of the team, only to completely blow the tackle, and the fin gained like 15-20 yards on the punt return.

can't even play special teams. rather run with 2 or 3 qbs, with 3rd guy charting and holding for fg. makes threat of fake fg much more possible.

The dude was a free agent, and the JETS signed him for peanuts.... what does that tell you of his trade value?

(yes, he Probably signed here for less thinking he had a chance to compete, but $$$ always dictates in the end ;)

Yet everyone or the majority here are now crying and bawling about Webb and McCown taking snaps.. 3rd round picks lately have been pretty much nothing anyway.

Yes flame me all you want but as I predicted in the beginning of the season, Darnold will be hurting at some point - and I'm not too proud in being spot on about it either !

LOL, Actually many are here because of all the bitching and moaning about the Jets having now in the spot of using a former Giant bench warmer and a 39 YO QB.

Hey flame me all you want but Darnold's hurt and they have s%it for backups. Watching this team against a lowly Bills squad, wow, I would be surprised if those hokums on the pregame channels will even sneeze about it.

Darnold isn't even hurt that bad. Bowles actually even mentioned he could dress for the game. I hope they don't have him do that though

Want nothing to do with Davis Webb. Honestly I'd be more confident with keeping Terrelle Pryor and having him back up this week

fyi Enunwa practiced fully and will play. Looks like Anderson will be a game time decision. Doubt he plays

You predicted that " by game 3, Darnold is laying flat on his back, writhing in pain" . Not that he would suffer a non contact injury to his foot.
Not exactly spot on about it either !
Surprised you didn't claim you were right when he bruised his elbow making a tackle after he threw a pick.

With Web being called up, don't have to worry about Darnold dressing. Pretty sure he was ruled out for the game. But it does seem like a Bowles move.

The level of stupidity of some posters here is, quite frankly, embarrassing.
