Sports is like a recurring nightmare.

    Giants/Cheatriots
    Yankees/Phillies

I feel like I want to punch Tom Coughlin in his Lady Elaine Fairchild face. Kyle Williams gave them this game.

Kyle Williams and Billy Cundiff should be receiving gifts by the giants and pats respectively tomorrow morning.

He really hasn't. He stunk against the Redskins and Jets and their season should've been over right there. Dallas and Atlanta didn't even bother to show up for either of those games. He played well against GB and stunk today.

There was a point where he was carrying the Giants on his back but it certainly hasn't been down the stretch.

Yeah and what should have been a meaningful win ten years in the making turned into a hollow victory when we failed to show up for the first half in Pittsburgh because we left our soul in New England.

I have zero sympathy for the Ravens or the Niners right now.

Everything sits square with the Harbaughs in terms of responsibility.

can somebody tell me how much timeouts are going for on ebay right now, because I am still confused why the Ravens didn't run the ball on 3-1 at the end when they were gashing the Pats for 4 + yards a run the entire 4th, which would have almost guaranteed a first down. you call a timeout, then take a couple of shots into the endzone before settling for a field goal.

Even with the play they called, Flacco's dump off was wide open underneath for the first down. For some reason he chose to fling it out to a guy that was covered 3 or 4 yards further down the field.

The 49ers defense stoned the Giants again and again. Even on that drive when people were claiming the Giants would drive and win the game, nope. Stopped again, another punt.

And Eli twice threw INTs that turned into incompletions because of how easy he made them. Both times two SF defenders bumped each other off the INT.

Bottom line is the Giants offense could do nothing and Kyle Williams had to gift wrap the game for them not once, but twice.

Kyle Williams: I could have been a Superbowl Champion like you but I took a football to the knee.

Cundiff is not as big a goat as the guy who dropped the game winning TD for the Ravens.

What a beastly defense the 49ers have. The Jets are no where near as good on D as the 49ers. They are just scary.

Feels like Jets never get those kind of breaks. Don't forget the lucky Hail Mary the Giants got against the Packers.

I disagree, Cundiff is a way bigger goat. At least Evans was defended on his drop--he should've secured the ball, but a defender still had to make a nice play to knock it out. Cundiff just missed an absolute chip shot all on his own.

As for the 49ers, I'm trying to see the silver lining in their letting the Giants advance. It's obvious that Alex Smith was never going to outscore Brady and the Pats.
