Well, no one has started one for Penny, so here it is. I still like Barkley the best, but Penny sounds like a pretty good "consolation prize" with one of the 2nd round picks (likely the 1st one). I like the idea of taking the OSU Center Price with that 1st pick in Round 2. If he's not there I think Penny would be the next choice. He looked really good in the Sr bowl, which I put some weight on after thinking the same about David Johnson and Kareem Hunt.
He seems like an excellent RB prospect, but if we take him, I hope that he doesn't turn out to be a "bad" penny. I'd rather have Barkley or Michel.
I really like Penny been talking him up, I don't think he goes in the 2nd however, I think he's a 3rd to 4th rounder. This RB class yet again is deep.
