    Bill Clinton held the job as the most powerful person in the world. Now he's being mentioned as a potential successor to Paul Tagliabue as the most powerful person in sports.

    For a business organization like the NFL owners' partnership, he wouldn't get the votes.

    Sounds to me like something that someone threw out over breakfast yesterday, following the line, "Hey, did you hear that Condi Rice is being mentioned as successor to Paul Tagliabue?"

    Both are equally crazy.
