Getting to boo the JETS draft pick with B grade players at the stadium.... almost like the real season!
Thought about it just so I could celebrate with my own kind should we get Rosen or Mayfield/participate in the mass suicide should we get Allen but driving from CT after work just isnt appealing.
Considering I'd probably want to leave after we pick and at that point, it's not even worth going. I'll have a few people over by me or go to a bar and watch.
Hopefully Xmas comes early for us.. Fans are never alone..why trek anywhere.? When the pick at 3 I hope this Website can handle the traffic..ahahahah

Well here I am and the clock is still ticking (LOL). My biggest wish is that all Jet fans alive today get to see at least two SB wins by our Jets. And my almost non existent powers tells me our pick will be the ONE.
Okay. Took Thursday afternoon off. I am heading to the party. I will make sure to boo the pick no matter who we pick. I am representing darksider TGG. Probably 50% of the board will curse at the pick no matter who the pick is so my boos will be legit.

This was a huge problem for me as I want to go Opening night but 7:00 and 8:00 showings would make me miss the Jets pick. A local theater has a 10:45 so I might hit that one. Hopefully I won't hear any spoilers beforehand. Jets Draft Party sounds fun, especially this year.
Thanks to my amazing wife, schedule got shuffled and I'll be headed to MetLife for the festivities. First time hitting up one of these things. Looking forward to the pick!
