once again, for the 159th plus time, I’m all in on this game. Yes the Lions suck Yes the QB is a rook Yes we don’t have pass rush But I just wanna believe Don’t let me down boys
On the bright side, I’m pretty happy with the way Darnold’s played on balance. I’ve never really been sold on most of the rest of the team and staff and I’m still not.
It certainly was a SOJ game today. Team lost a lot of credibility today too. The Cleveland game might be loss too. You never which Jets team shows up in Sunday.
I cannot believe we lost to the Dolphins at home after that performance on Monday Night Football. Pathetic.
LOL... I don't think its gonna matter really...With a short week, the CS already has an excuse if they lose. Just another embarrassment on National TV just like all the others over the years.
I can definitely beleive it. Games like this have happened so many times over the years that I am not surprised. We've see so many different scenarios of course, but it comes back to the Jets making mistakes at key points causing losses.
He certainly got knocked the hell around enough. There probably isn't much they can do right now other than turn over rocks. So,this has got to be items 1A and 1B on the to do list next season. Edge rusher is going to have to be 2A. Sadly, I have almost zero faith that the Jets front office will do that; but hey, you can hope.
I'm as pissed as everyone else about the loss but damn people back away from the ledge. You knew this team would have a stinker early. They'll lose a game they should win and win a game they shouldn't have. Darnold had a rough game but im still impressed. He had this team fighting all game. An appropriate PI or Herndon catches that pass, were talking a completely different game Miami had 260 total yards..... That's it. Tanni had 163 passing. This is a young team. Expect things like this to happen. Expect huge games to happen. It sucks im pissed, but any one expecting anything else is being unrealistic Sent from my SM-N950U using Tapatalk
The Dolphins are supposed to be tanking this season. This loss is on the coaches. When you're home, you're supposed to win. Especially when it's a division game. Can't believe I bought into the hype after Monday Night. Welp, on to week 3. Keep those victory fridges shut!
The difference was the Dolphins are a veteran team and the Jets are inexperienced and the difference showed today. Gotta give kudos to Miami. Somehow they manage to field a competitive team every year if not a great team. Still I was encouraged how Darnold played. Yes, he made some mistakes, but he also made some great throws, a few of which were muffed by Jet receivers. Defense played well again. Only one TD not the result of a turnover. Considering both teams, I see a brighter future for the Jets.
Okay, I confess. This was my fault. I set aside my pessimism after Monday and bought this: What an idiot!
