Figured I'd start a new thread. Expected to miss the rest of the season. Flashback to 2013: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Aaron_Rodgers At home against the Chicago Bears in Week 9, Rodgers was sacked by Shea McClellin. He fractured his left clavicle in the process, and the speculation for his return ranged from a few weeks to an indefinite timetable that became a weekly spectacle of whether or not or when he might be cleared to play again.[91][92][93] Before Rodgers had broken his collarbone, the Packers had won four straight games to climb to the top of the NFC North division with a 5–2 record. With Rodgers injured and unable to play, the Packers went winless over the next five weeks to fall to 5–6–1 on the season.
But last time it was the left shoulder, this time it's the right shoulder. There's no reason one would have anything to do with each other, unless he has fragile collarbones.
Never like or root for anyone to be injured, however Rodgers is on the Brady scale of cockiness so I am happy for Vikes, Lions and the rest of the NFC.
So now the NFL is missing the best quarterback in Rodgers, the best runningback in David Johnson, a top 3 receiver in Odell and one of the best defenders in the game in JJ Watt. Pretty brutal. I saw Rodgers had some words for the Vikings defender that tackled him. He's really good. But his arrogance pisses me off. Rodgers needs to learn to not try to brace his fall. That's likely why he got hurt.
i dont think i have ever thought rodgers was cocky in any way. surprising that guys really dislike him for that. shame he got hurt but when you have a big ass dude fall on your shoulder it tends to do that sort of thing. i thought the defensive player could have laid off but didnt think it was late either.
