    I didn't follow the case very closely, but from the articles I did read on it the prosecution has a pretty week case set up around a convicted felon and other unreliable witnesses. Also had witnesses come forward and challenge the time frame the prosecution said happen.

    Guess it's just one life sentence without parole.

    Funny, they basically defended him by saying another guy was the trigger man... The same guy he tried to kill (and got away with it) for being the one person that knew he killed them. Shot the guy in the face.

    Maybe he can team up with Sam Hurd, Rae Carruth and Mo Carlett to do a real life Longest Yard.
