Under normal circumstances all of our injuries would be disheartening but I’d rather see what Dal Colle can do. At worst he plays well enough to be trade fodder.
I did not see this coming. Towes, Ho-Sang, Dal Cole making an impact, how can they not keep these guys up?
It’s a small sample size but this is exactly the best case scenario we could have hoped for this season. It’ll be interesting to see what they do with Eberle at the deadline. Eberle and a pick for Duchene would be incredible.

Great win tonight and the SO was the cherry on top. As far as the Jets go I expect Bowels to be fired but what are your thoughts on Maccagnan. He is the GM and has played a part in this train wreck. I am excited about the future of both the Jets and Isles because of Darnold and Lou/Barry respectively.
They are dragging against Buffalo, looks like they have no legs. Hopefully they can keep it close enough to pull out the win.
The Sabres outplayed everyone but Lehner who has been the best case scenario we could have asked for in goal. Extend him for two years and wait for Sorokin.
Barzal was very selfish with that slashing penalty, Buffalo can play close games just like the islanders. Bailey has confidence issues again, passing up great shot opportunities to make an extra pass that kills the play. He has one goal in 14 games. Young guys are making a difference, Towes is a very physical defenseman. I believe team is finally playing without thinking, everyone knows where they are supposed to be. 4 in a row, they have a well deserved break.
In case anyone doesn't know tonight's game against the Blackhawks is a national broadcast on NBCSN. I also believe its a 7:30 start as well. Need a win tonight at Nassau as the Pens, Caps, Blue Jackets all keep winning. LGI.
