it's all there for the ta(n)king....

We have a legit shot at the modern day can't miss trio of Big Ben, Eli, or Rivers.

Some might recognize this line- "Don't fuck this up Mitchell!!!!!"

If they win too much and miss out on this, I swear I will disavow them forever...

You don't have much to fear about Sundays game. The Jets don't have to tank it, as there is no way they can beat the Raiders. So just hang in there week by week and see what the final score is for each game.

I'm really hoping we don't find ourselves needing to trade up in the first round to get our QB (assuming neither of Petty or Hack do enough to make us forget about drafting a passer). If we can hold on to those two No. 2 picks we can go a long way to rebuilding the offensive line. If we need to package them with our No. 1 and probably next year's No. 1 as well, it will hurt the rebuild.

If Mac trades this years number one and both second rounders, and next years number one, Woody needs to call him from the embassy and have him escorted out of the building immediately.

That would be a Mike Ditka mistake of crippling proportions, no legitimate GM should ever make that mistake.

Look at the Rams, what they gave up for Goff, they won't recover from that until next year, thats brutal and it shows why potential FQB should never cost a team the chance to put together a skilled team, that a young QB can come into and make transition easier for him.

As it stands now, the jets might be able to get one of the possible FQB and use their 2nd rounders to address skilled position and OL.

Our biggest competition for the #1 overall so far appears to be the 49'ers.

SF has those 2 games against the Rams, a game against Indy (likely without Luck), against Chicago and Jacksonville. Those are the only games I see them having a shot at winning. It's going to be a dog fight for #1 pick, I'm just glad the Jets cleared the first hurdle against the Bills in their quest for #1 pick.

I wouldn't worry about that. Between Bowles' coaching, our OL, the age and makeup of our RB corps (no power back), and injuries, this team will be lucky to win 2 games. At worst, that should have them drafting in the #2 spot. Both the Browns and the Bills will win more games than us. You can book on that imo. Our only competitor for the #1 pick will be SF, unless Luck never plays this season, and then the Colts might jump in and steal the #1 pick.

I never thought I would find words like that comforting. What the hell has happened to this team? What the hell has happened to me?

Almost looks like we might have competition with the Bengals, haven't found the endzone in 8 quarters, even the worst offense in the league found it once last week. (The NY Jets)

  15. Don't care what anyone thinks..the PTSD this team has left me & im sure many others with defies the rules of traditional fan logic.

I want them to lose every game as badly as possible bc it's the only thing Woody Johnson understands. Too many times he's gotten sucked into false bravado pouncing on short term moves that end up setting the team back even further long term.

No more piling shit on top of more shit.I want clean lines & clarity. The only way that's happening is by being so unwatchable that ownership cannot possibly ignore or deny.4-12 or better only elongates the problem

The cap space, early draft pick & chance at a real coaching regime are just gravy..it's All about woody Johnson finally coming to grips w how putrid this franchise has been ran &that the real fans will not put up w it anymore.

    W that said GO RAIDERS!!!

Plus 100000..this team is soooo depressing to root for

We are getting a FQB if we just lose...something the Jets are great at

Rosen Darnold Rudolph some blue chipper needs to arrive here

Step 2 is pull in some offensive HC and have MM make some smarter moves like the Kears/SR. trade..he can stay if does at least 6 more moves like that imo..fix the OL and make it monster like Oakland/Dallas . It's not rocket science guys...

The Jags were never a bad team, they just had Gus Bradley who was probably the worst coach in the history of the NFL. Even Kotite did alright with the Eagles before he got here. Also the Jags new coach is Doug Marrone who would have been ours instead of Bowles if not for Manish fucking Mehta.
