I was not the one questioning the credibility of anyone who sees your point of view on this issue. You, on the other hand, claimed that anyone who saw MY point of view is clearly biased. So, I will ask you for a THIRD time: Are the entire CBS Post-Game crew Villanova fans, or UNC haters?
everyone loves Villanova and hates UNC, after all they have been gaining an advantage by steering their players to sham classes for decades now.
I never said that. I was merely challenging your statement that anyone who believed that was a travel has no credibility, and is either a Villanova fan or a UNC hater.
Clearly the entire post-game staff of CBS thought it was controversial. So, Are they Villanova fans or UNC haters?
controversial and one of the most controversial of all time are 2 different things. No one talks about that play anymore outside of 'Nova fans.
I see, so because It happened years ago, it shouldn't be discussed? I mean, you are essentially making the same argument about the UNC academic scandal.
I am not making that argument about the UNC scandal, it was more of a University and academic scandal than athletic and the basketball program was found to be clean. it was the football program that it was mostly about and they have already been punished. People who didn't read the report like to lump the 2 together. if it was one of the most controversial of all time we'd still hear people talking about. they still talk about the '72 Olympics, right? or Laettner stomping on that UK players chest, etc...
I didn't call the bad calls on Felton one the most controversial of all time but that is why you were even close at that point. Can't wait, new season starts in 2 days. it's been way too long since the Heels last FF app and I think they break that drought this year.
Nice first weekend for the Heels. 2 games, 2 wins. Very balanced attack, great ball movement, good D. They played well using a million different lineup combinations. they play in Charlotte this weekend vs. Davidson before heading to the Bahamas for a great tourney where they have a chance to face a # of really good teams including OU, UF and/or Wisconsin.
Is the official website of the Tar Heels a Villanova Fan site or Tar-Heels haters? http://www.goheels.com/ViewArticle.dbml?ATCLID=206843571
where do they say it wasn't the right call? just move on, you are as defeated as 'Nova was in the 2009 FF.
It's clearly written in the article that it is a controversial call, which is the basis of my entire argument that you will not even acknowledge.
so what? what does this mean? your argument is it is the worst call in the history of CBB and there's no other side. the call was obviously controversial but also the right call and AGAIN the only reason 'Nova had a chance was b/c they fouled our Felton or it would have been a double digit win. appreciate that they got you close.
and you do? the game was almost 10 years ago and you are still whining about it. It was a close call, sometimes they make it and sometimes they don't. He did travel though and the deserving team won. Get over it.
