-We beat Miami twice? No way. -How do we beat Buffalo in their house and then lose to them at Giants Stadium? It's always the other way around -Cleveland is a tough team and will not score only 3 points against us for sure and will probably beat us -Houston is a lot better then to be blown out 35-0, and with the right pieces in the draft (OL) they're offense could be extremely dangerous. Unless they decide to lose out and win the Brady Quinn sweepstakes by week 12 they will not play that poorly. My predictions w/o scores: @Tennessee: Win New England: Loss @Buffalo: Win Indianapolis: Loss @Jacksonville: Loss Miami: Loss Detriot: Win @Cleveland: Loss @New England: Loss Chicago: Win - the bright spot in a mediocre season Houston: Win @Green Bay: Loss Buffalo: Win @Minnesota: Loss @Miami: Loss Oakland: Win 7-9... not as bad as some may think. Our schedule gives us an excellent chance to go 7-9 or better... and if we can maintain fire from the 4 games from Chicago to Buffalo (and not lose it in Green Bay as I have predicted) we may be able to win our final 7 games and sneak into the playoffs. Let's go Jets!
The Jets will beat Miami twice if they dont get a backup QB because Culpepper will not be back for at least the first time they play plus whose to say its the Culpepper of 2004 because if i remember correctly he had 8 picks in the first three games last year when he was completely healthy.
@Tennessee: Loss New England: Loss @Buffalo: Loss Indianapolis: Loss @Jacksonville: Loss Miami: Loss Detriot: Win @Cleveland: Loss @New England: Loss Chicago: Loss Houston: Win @Green Bay: Loss Buffalo: Win @Minnesota: Loss @Miami: Loss Oakland: Loss 3-13 Unless everyone plays together
@Tennessee: Win New England: Loss @Buffalo: Win Indianapolis: Loss @Jacksonville: Loss Miami: Loss Detriot: Win @Cleveland: Loss @New England: Loss Chicago: Loss Houston: Win @Green Bay: Win Buffalo: Win @Minnesota: Loss @Miami: Loss Oakland: Win We'll be 7-9 just as a prediction....season is a long way from now. Still, it is looking like there are a lot of winable games on tap. Also a lot of games that can and I think will knock us out of the playoff race early. You never can be so sure, until about week 5. At that point, you see the injuries, thus far and the general records of teams through a few games; some of which were difficult and some easier.

Jets go undefeated in 2006 and win the superbowl. I'm also gonna go out on a limb here and predict that off that win the Jets will go on and string together a threepeat. What?! Was that a bit over the top?
7-9 is my estimation also but 8-8 is my goal... we could go on a streak and maybe go over 500 also....who knows?

Jets aren't winning more than five games next season. Again learning two new schemes on both sides of ball, very inexperience coaching staff , going with very young players(make mistakes at wrong time), and they still missing pieces on both sides of the football. (where the pass rush going to comefrom or the offense) Every opposing team fan base is putting a win next to Jets.
I agree with this. Just one problem for you- one of the five wins will come over the Raiders and I'd put money on that now.
The Jets will improve as the season goes along. The fans won't be lifeless like they were last season when the Raiders came to town. The crowd will be into it that day even with two awful teams playing.
