Seriously, why the fuck did we draft him? He's had 9 catches for 107 yards since week one. Clyde Fucking Gates has more catches and yards than him with far less playing time. I know he has stone hands, but put the fucking ball in his vicinity and see what the fuck he can do for us. Im so fucking tired of the meatball piece of shit. Our run game was doing decent, but we didn't take advantage of it. After todays game, I think Tebow deserves a chance. Sanchez has disgusted me the last few games. His throws have been very off lately. Seems like he rushes his throws in some instances, and takes too long on other. He wants to make a play out of nothing. How many of us saw that goalline int coming? I know I did the moment we were flagged for false start.
The play calling is so fucked up. No deep shots, and pussy play calling. Sanchez played like shit, and so did a bunch of other receivers (several dropped passes). I was pissed Tebow didn't take the field after we were down 7-28. Anyways, if we drafted Hill, we need to use him. EDIT: I'm not blaming Hill for anything. I'm simply blaming the CS for not involving Hill more often in the game plan. Just throw the ball to him, even if it's a quick One step drop n pass, a slant, a screen. Something to get him going. When u play with confidence, u play much better. Couple of easy completions to Hill early on can change his entire game. Then take couple of deep shots. See what he can do with his speed. Honestly just send the mither Ducker deep and throw the ball up. We don't even use the kid. Even a screen here and there would be good. Use his God damn speed.

It just shows how are coaching staff has no idea whatsoever on how to utilize their players to their strengths.

In order to throw it deep you need time to let the play develop. Even though Sanchez has been a huge let down, the guy is getting zero time behind the line. There were a number if times that a blocker completely - and I have never seen anything like this - missed his man, resulting in Sanchez being on the ground within seconds.

Robert The question is: What team drafts a QB with 1 year of experience past HS to lead a NY franchise with little to no help along the way? Furthermore, what team drafts the same QB and isn't willing to develop him, knowing all of this? 5th pick overall: that is on the Jets. |

We don't use him because Sanchez doesn't have faith in him. Sanchez doesn't care about developing him, because he's going to have ups and downs. And with the downs, Sanchez will go down as well, and most likely the coaching staff. As with any rookies, he's going to make mistakes on routes, and also not catch some easy balls, but right now neither Sanchez nor the coaching staff can afford it. Hence, why a lot of of our throws seem to be towards Gates, Kerley, and Keller.

Gates is more consistent at catching right now. But he sucks in getting separation. I wish we just went away from the ground and pound and actually had a real offense. All the rules are set up for a passing league, and we continually try to run it up the middle for 3 yards.

To be honest, Blackmon and Floyd have been more worthless on their respective teams.

Hill is not a bad Draft pick! He's looked the part in only two games this year and has also looked like a rookie ; which he is. It The coaching that has this tall receiver in the wrong spot and not understanding where he needs to be on the field. If you noticed he is either surprised to see the ball when it comes or he’s somewhere else on the field mentally either running before he’s secured the ball or not aware of where the ball is because he reacts to the ball hitting his body before the hands make any kind of motion to secure a pass.

He was raw coming into the NFL just like he was raw out of college.
Michael Floyd and Justin Blackmon, the top 2 WR taken have done nothing much this year...doesn't mean they are busts. There's at least a year needed for route running etc. out of these WRs. He's a project, give him time. |

If you need to, put the QB in the shotgun and have him actually take his drop from there. |

The knock on Hill coming out was he cant run routes or catch the ball, so automatically Tanny and co. had to have there man.
Retards. |

Sanchez, to me atleast, trusts Kerley in a tight spot, but that's it. I also tend to think Sanchez falls in love with slant guys (pretty much all of Holmes' catches came on slant routes it seemed) instead of going over the top. |
