RENTON, Wash. -- Quarterback J.P. Losman is back with the Seattle Seahawks after being cut by the team at the end of training camp.

Losman was signed on Wednesday, a day after the team released rookie Zac Robinson and he was signed by Detroit. Seattle also re-signed center Chris White to the active roster.

Losman, a former first-round pick and starter in Buffalo, was part of Seattle's final cuts before the season began. Coach Pete Carroll says the team was hoping to bring Losman back and feels more comfortable now having three quarterbacks on the active roster.

The Seahawks also signed safety Josh Pinkard, offensive tackle Breno Giacomini and receiver Antonio Robinson to the practice squad.

how'd that work out for both of us in the long run? He's gonna be like 3rd on the depth chart for Seattle anyway. He should stay in the UFL at least he will start.

I'm guessing the pay for a 3rd string QB in Seattle is much better than UFL Championship winning QB. I wish him well. I'm just so insanely frustrated about the last ten years, even kicking kittens doesn't bring me joy anymore.

Wow that's hitting rock bottom. Have you tried slapping infants or clubbing seals?

He's the best madden quarterback I've ever had. No lie.

Him and the mcgahee/lynch led bills won me dozens of games and a hundreds of dollars. I had him playing like Joe Montana. My friends hated him

He was known as "The Los"

JP Lose man has returned to the NFL.

Pete Carroll is one hell of a talent evaluator.

How did you use him? Wait, I got it, QB's in Madden are judged on physical ability alone. Losman's Achilles Heel is mentally......

He used to have the cannon icon.

Would run the ball down peoples throats then play action over the top with lee Evans and his 97 speed.

he used to make some ridiculous throws though. Like across his body running backwards. Best 78 rated qb in madden history

it got to the point where it became a joke of how good he was. I got really lucky sometimes but it was lol.
