Default Horrible Call At the End of Nets Game

That foul on Kristic was bs. Closing seconds of a tie game and you call a foul when he barely touched Johnsons freaking jersey.

definitely, you can't call that foul w/ .9 secs(there was actually about 1.5 but they didn't put any time back on either). The Nets reall can't blame the officials as they played horribly but it should have gone to OT.

I agree with the call, but i disagree with the call that was a littl earlier. I forget when it was but johnson missed the first free throw. It was a frustrating outcome because it definately seemed as if they called a foul on krstic they should've called a foul on whoever contested Rj's shot.

Yeah, the call at the end was pretty bad, but the Nets were getting called for little touch fouls like that all throughout the game. Oh, well.

Another thing that pissed me off was the lack of touches for RJ. He was probably the best offensive option today, but Carter kept hogging the ball and putting up those ridiculous threes and off balance jumpers. It normally wouldn't be a problem when he actually makes 'em, but he's been cold all game, so why not share the ball with someone who's actually having success?

I hate that!
A foul is a Foul. PERIOD.
Just because an official calls a Foul at the end of the game means nothing. It should be the same in Q1 as Q4.

Now, If you want to argue it wasn't a foul, fine. Bitch away!

IOW, to say that the games foul calls should be changed because it's the last seconds of a game has always been one of the dumbest complaints of spotsfans.

It was a touch foul, a touch foul should never be called to decide a game(if that's the case then they should have blown the whistle on jefferson's 3 as he was touched on the arm) especially when they weren't calling them during most of the game for the most part. It was a BS way to end the game but again the Nets can't complain b/c they had a million open looks they couldn't knock down and played horribly throughout.

So it's ok for a Touch foul after tip off but not at the end of a game?
Where's the Integrity in that?

Now if the call wasn'ta foul and that's why you are complaining , fine but For me, the rules should be Consistently called and equally called throughout a game.from 60:00- 0:00

I don't like touch fouls called at all but that happens sometimes but I never want to see a game determined by a touch foul. Why was that little touch on AJ a foul and not the touch on RJ's arm the next play?

I watched teh Wizards and Cavs this weekend and watched Lebron travel all over the place and they didn't call it once.

It's a Jersey tradition. Seton Hall was robbed of a national championship by a touch foul called in the closing seconds of the 1989 title game vs Michigan. Except the Hall was ahead, not tied.
