Twins sign Livan Hernandez

Fort Myers, FL (Sports Network) - The Minnesota Twins have signed veteran right-hander Livan Hernandez to a one-year contract for the 2008 season.

Terms of the deal were not disclosed, but it's believed to be worth somewhere between $5-6 million.

nice job. sign a 34 year old who hasnt had a good year since 2004 - 2005 to make up the void for the best pitcher in all of baseball.
