I believe that's what NAMBLA is. They have chapters in Canada too.

Oh, that was a good SP episode. I believe that was when the series turned the corner for me and started getting genuinely funny. The earlier seasons just didn't have the brilliance of the more recent seasons (featuring the sadistic Cartman).
