This has to be the stupidest comparrison I have ever heard...

MMA fighters have the CHOICE to become involved in their sport... fighting pit bulls don't...

MMA fights do not go to the death...

MMA fighters who lose their bout aren't put to death for their poor performance...

MMA fighters are not tortured between performances to make them meaner and more aggressive...

MMA fighters are not the product of selective breeding meant to couple the traits from the two most aggressive parents possible...

MMA fighters are not kept in crates and fed improperly between fights to make them more aggressive...

MMA fighters are not mentally and physically tortured to the point where it is impossible for them to assimilate normally into society after their fighting career is over...

Weaker or older MMA fighters are not used as "warm-ups" or "targets" to get the fighters revved up prior to their fights...

Refs and ringside doctors carefully monitor the physical ability of a fighter to continue to compete without exposure to unnecessary injury during MMA fights..

One can go on and on... There is NO similarity between MMA and dogfighting... MMA is a SPORT... dogfighting is a CRUEL, GHETTO, INHUMANE, DISGUSTING passtime of COWARDS...

If Michael Vick is so tough and loves a good fight... let him get in the ring with Chuck Liddel... I would personally find that quite amusing... and better yet... let them fight to the DEATH like they do in dogfights... with spectators watching and laughing while he dies...

Wow People are overreacting. . If it was Joe schmo off the streets would people make Jolt Joe shirt???? No. would we even bother following the case no. see PETA is just giving M. Vick free Publicity. When hes found Innocent like the other 99.1% of celebriteies what will be next? Protesting the next team to sign him????

There is no way in hell he is going to be found innocent... this is a federal offense w/ interstate gambling involved as well... this isn't Paris or Lindsay doing a few lines...

Can an MMA fighter fetch the newspaper, point, rollover and sit on command? Dogs make a far better companion than an MMA fighter. I have no problem with using MMA fighters to scramble each others brains, dogs on the other hand are cute, fun and usefull.

Think about it some one will be the fall man so these guys can continue to have the simple life.. 100 something million for a few years M Vick pays a fall man 30 mill so he can continue to play.... Hmm Id take the Money...


It dont matter watch itll be a renter / landlord type thing where hell get off .
We all know hes guilty but atleast one juror will say not guilty.... Then theyll write a book on why hes not guilty .

I think he will be found guilty, the punishment won't be as harsh as it should be.
