I have been running into multiple problems on my computer, I ran into a problem with lsass.exe forcing me into a 60 second timer to a shutdown, Windows has a pop up whenever my computer starts up that tells me that my antivirus was turned off even when my Antivirus loads up before that popup comes up, when I try to get into User Accounts, it shows an error message and then I don't have access to the shutdown button just the log off button. Sometimes I come back to see that my computer is just a blank blue screen. Now my Microsoft Excel doesn't work and my bookmarks were deleted
![]() I've scanned my computer multiple times with my antivirus and anti spyware programs, even scanned multiple times in safe mode and they've shown me nothing. Can anyone help me or point me in the right direction?

That happened to me about a year ago. I have no evidence that a virus caused it, but it started after I surfed at a few, erm, "mature sites" run by Russians, who are notorious for their love of leaving something behind on your system. Finally the drive just totally gave out on me, and that was the end of it. My advice is save whatever you can, as quickly as you can, and get a new drive before this one dies. |

BTW: Some viruses disable your anti-virus or change the executable to ignore them. That would cause the issues you're having there.

I had the same virus about a week ago. I ran an antivirus i found online that had the link about the trojan, than deleted that AV and just kept using my normal. The problem came from being on the network at school..
I've been good since then. Good luck! |

Go to windows explorer. Look in the System32 file due a sort on date of software. Try to remember when the trouble started. Find an application that has the same relative date.
Don't delete it yet. Do a google search on it and see if there has been anything nasty written about it. If it is doing what you say then somebody will have written something along with the cure. |
