Default Kobe Scores 50 Again

50+ points in 4 consecutive games, second player in NBA history to do that.

He's a scoring machine.

The other player to do it was Wilt... another player more obsessed with personal stats than winning.

Yeah well, this run of 50+ nights pulled LA out of a 7 game losing streak, and they won all four of the 50's.

Sounds like a star carrying a team on his back more so than an obsession with stats.

Dude, You know it, I know It We all Know it.
Kobe is the Biggest Chucker in NBA History.

The fact that he did it and won doesn't mean anything when you see that it was against
New Orleans, Portland, Memphis and Minnesota!

He took 140 shots AND....
had 11 assists.....COMBINED !!!

Are you Kidding me??? Dude he had 1 Assist Yesterday!! Bwwwahahaa..
What a Chucker!!

Call me Crazy then because no Way I'd want a selfish guy like that on my TEAM

And BTW, I'd Take Wade, Lebron, Duncan over him because they make the TEAM better.

You know there's going to be a video. You just know it. And then we'll be able to see more of his hot wife. Maybe Hefner will get her nekkid after the divorce.

Being a chucker isn't necessarily bad when you do it as well as he does. That's what a shooting guard does: shoot.

Assists don't count on the scoreboard. Assists are great because they mean you're helping your team score, but so does dropping 50 every night. He's the best scorer in the league and the rest of his team is powerfully mediocre, so why not let him carry the load. They're winning. That's what counts.

I'm far from a Kobe fan, but even I think it's a bit weird to be crushing him when he's putting up 50+ pts over the last few games while shooting over 50%. If you got the hot hand, then take the shots...and it's especially the case for SGs. Besides, who else is gonna put up points for them?

And it's not like Kobe is particularly one-dimensional. Hasn't he made the all-defense team a few times already?

Still can't stand the guy though.

I think a lot of the Kobe criticism over the years is warrented, but I don't see it in this case. It's not like he has a reason to pass right now. He's hitting everything. Too much nitpicking by the anti-Kobies here.
