what can you do? he was the aggressor and had a good hand. Flush draw and top pair is a good hand. I've seen worse. It's not like you put him all in and he calls with only 2 4 off suit and hits two pair on the river. How big were your chip stacks?

It's a beat, but not really a bad one. Pre-flop, the guy probably decided he'd go all-in, regardless of the flop. He held a decent hand, it's not like he had 5-2 or something stupid like that.

It sucks you didn't hit a heart or pair, but that's the game of poker.

That's not really a bad beat, I've had a lot worse

Yesterday I had KK on 999 Flop I bet they push, I call, they show KQ. I can't lose it, and only way I can not win it is if the last 9 comes and guess what comes on the river...

It does classify as a bad-beat because the guy hit a 2-outer after he was dominated after the flop...

it was a 1 outer - 10 of hearts gave me the flush

I don't blame the guy for what he did, the only reason i played it with the check raise was because of the flush draw (felt pretty safe about the hand).
