For the sake or argument, let's say that Tebow can't run the same offense that Sanchez runs. How much of a problem would it be to "realign" the offense for him ?

What he does best in is a Spread Option system. Guess what ? We already have Spread formation plays from the Shotgun. We even have running plays from he Spread formation. The only real change needed would be for the running backs to learn how to do the "mesh", where Tebow would put the ball in their gut and give it to them, or draw it back out and keep it himself.

There would also be some minor changes on some of the blocking schemes. All in all, not that difficult a transformation.

1. The cap. (I don't know how escalators factor into this)
2. Sanchez do or die this is his shot to prove he is the man or not.
3. Tebow is the backup spends his time working on 3 and 5 step drops, timing routes, Etc.
4. Next year open competition between the two or 3 if you a Mcelroy fan.
Figure it's as plausible as some of the reasoning I've seen.
