give up our first for 2014 to get back into the first round of 2013. I really want Hunter and Te'o. we can trade Holmes/Greene for someone like Mark Ingram or Darren McFadden.

if we can't make a deal on a RB. we can draft Gio Bernard or Andre Ellington in the 2nd or 3rd.
IMO, I think you're mistaken about wanting two Rd 1 picks, let me give two reasons.

1) We need more picks for depth, not less picks, getting two 1st rd picks (trading up) is exactly how this team has gotten into trouble.

2) This draft class is fairly weak, especially Rd 1, compared to previous years. I see some good players in Rd 2 & 3, depth is excellent in Rd 2 & 3. Later Rds are very weak. Trading Down in Rd 1 a better way to go to get another 2nd Rd pick. I have only about 20 players that are worth a 1st Rd pick. The Bill Belichick method of getting multiple Rd 2 picks is an excellent move for this draft.

Mingo & Montgomery are 2 of the most overrated players in ths draft.

The QBs at or near the top haven't cemented their status to earn a Top 5 pick. There is no one close to Luck or RGIII this year.

The WR class at the top is overrated, Woods has shit the bed this year, he's not even a 1st Rd talent at this point. Hunter isn't playing as well as expected, he plays well against the shitty teams, Akron & Georgia St, and is average at best, against SEC teams. Hunter had an OK game against Bama, but some of his catches were when the game was already over. Allen has played well, expect for last week vs Stanford. I have no WRs in the top ten.

There is no OT that is worth a Top 10 pick. Some good OTs will be drafted in the 10-20 range, but no elite player at the top.

The position at the top of the draft that is strong NT/DT, Star & Big Hank, both are solid players and Kawaan Short is on the rise.

We clearly need a new QB but sadly to say I think it would be a mistake to take one in this draft class....

Top 3 picks:

1. OLB (replace pace)
2. RB
3. OLB (replace thomas)

IMO, right now, our top 3 needs are OLB, RB, & WR.

Secondary need of TE, MLB & TE
I would love a combo of Terrence Williams and Stepfan Taylor in the first 2 rounds. Talk about fixing our offense in one fell swoop.

After that it would be all about rebuilding our LB corps and OL depth for me.

The only reason I would want 2 first round picks would be so we could trade 1 for multiple draft picks.

1. OLB!!!!!!!!!!

Our pass rush is not allowed to be called a pass rush. My personal favorite is Dion Jordan out of Oregon. He has great size and speed at 6'6'', 244 lbs. His physical tools are unmatched by any LB in the draft. I saw the guy cover a slot receiver the other night. Unfortunately, his stock is going to go way up at draft time and he may end up in the top 10 or 15, so I'm not sure if we will be in position to draft him.

2. RB

This draft is stacked with RBs, but no backs that are worth a top 10 or 20 pick (Lattimore is out). My guess is that there will be a ton of RBs taken in the 2nd and 3rd rounds. I think Mike Gillislie is a stud. He has enough breakaway speed, but is more physical than anything. Very good vision, but I'm not sure how he is coming out of the backfield as a receiver.

3. TE

I know Eifert and Fauria are studs, but I'm not too well versed on the rest of the TEs. If either of those guys are available, they MUST be taken in the 3rd round.

The only way you're going to get a second 1st rd pick is trading multiple picks or giving up the following year's 1st Rounder plus a lot more....it's a moot point.

We have no players to trade for a 1st rd pick.

Like I said earlier, trade down in rd 1 and pick up another 2nd rd pick is smart.

I don't disagree in any way. It's not possible for us to have 2 #1's unless we trade down from a reasonably high pick with a team that has 2 #1's this year. I don't see that as a likely possibility.

Still I would love to see us trade down this year. We need lots of talent, and its time to restock to the best of our abilities.

No question, it's time to add #s to our ranks. In a way, drafting at times is like the lottery, the more tickets (players) you get the better chance you have to hit a winner.

I really sold on rd 2 and 3 of this draft, they're are some very solid players. Round 1 is OK in the top 10 after that the is a big drop in talent.

OLB
OLB
RB
BPA at eather OLine, Safety or QB for the last 4 rounds. Definitely need a quick RB in the first 3 and I say OLB first two because of how deep I've heard this draft is in it.
