Hard to imagine a worse place for someone like Hamilton than Boston as the resident superstar. That town would chew him up and spit him out. The Angels are a much better choice, since they are the #3 team in town (after the Lakers and the Dodgers) and he will not be the #1 star on the team (or maybe even the #2 star).

I don't agree with this at all. His problem is addiction, not being in the spotlight. It's not like there are no drugs or alcohol in LA. I don't think handling the media or fans is an issue for him. My only concern would be with his ability to stay healthy and on the field.
