All we need is a QB to get him the ball

So we did find a replacement for Jerricho Cotchery? I think we did, even though he isn't a number one receiver. A rare great draft pick by Tannebaum.

I hope Holmes is either not back next season or not getting any play time. I've seen guys fresh off their couch get more separation than he does.

There is a reason Kerley had a good game. He makes the same defensive reads Sanchez does. They are on the same page. Of Sanchez's Jets career, only Keller aside from Kerley has been on the same page with Sanchez.

I think he is more like Wes Welker than Cotch though. He has chemistry with Sanchez, something Brady and Welker have. Kerley is where Sanchez expects him to be, unlike Holmes, Edwards et al. Keller has that with Sanchez too, although the comparison with Kerley ends there, Kerley has more reliable hands.

Too bad Sanchez can't hit a wide open Cromartie on the fly... noodle arm.

kerley looks good. for the rest of the year its going to be hill and schillens on the outside. that might not be too bad with the size and speed they have. add keller and we might be able to salvage a little of the season

He is by far our only bright spot on offense. Im glad he stepped up big time after Rex called him out. He is definitely our future at the slot position... About one of about 3 positions on offense that I could say the same.

Kerley is definitely one of the only bright spots on the team this year. The only offensive player worth mentioning. He has very good quickness and moves in the open field.

I love Kerley. He always steps up and makes a big play. He's ol' reliable.

Kerley looks really good and if he and Hill can grow together we might be ok at wideout for awhile. We need to get Hill back on the field ASAP and get his reps in. I want to see Hill make some plays and start catching the ball with his hands and not his body.

Seriously he has been the best offensive draft pick we have had since Mangold (yeah I said it). The kid is versatile, runs crisp routes, and is a great pickup for a 5th rounder.

Hill can be CJ since he is the exact same build and athleticism but his hands are bad. Hill has the knack for going for the ball aggressively which is a rare trait so if he develops better hand eye coordination, he can be a true gem.

Kerley can become one of the best #3's in the league.

I honestly hope we trade Holmes. I want our receiving corps to be young and fast.

It still boggles my mind that someone can make the NFL as a WR and not be able to catch well. I can understand if you're not a great route runner or you're not the fastest or tallest guy in the world. But not being able to catch well? It makes no sense.

Its his physical assets that makes his potential too good to be concerned about dropped balls. Drops have plagued even the best WR in the league and they eventually get it right.

In GT some nights he wouldnt even get a target because they ran the option so much so adjusting to 5-15 targets a game coming from that system is very difficult.

Also just look at Calvin Johnson, same concerns coming from that system but he has turned into a T.O/Moss Hybrid and Hill is slightly less athletic and can become a Vincet Jackson with Jamaal Charles speed for us down the road which i will draft any day of the week.
