Default Best Coen Brothers Movie

What's your favorite movie by the Coen Brothers (Joel and Ethan Coen)?

I have a feeling Lebowski's gonna dominate this poll but let's see . . .

For me it's obviously The Big Lebowski, followed closely by The Hudsucker Proxy and Fargo. Honorable mention to Barton Fink.

The only one I haven't seen is Intolerable Cruelty, mostly because I would love to smash George Clooney's head in with a tire iron. He plays George Clooney in every movie he is in.

Yeah, Intolerable Cruelty isn't very good but I figured I'd make the poll as long as possible.

It worked for Ron Jeremy.

Tough one for me. The Big Lebowski or Fargo?

*flip* tails

Fargo it is.

Only seen a couple of these, and for some reason I really liked "Oh Brother Where Art Thou?" so that's my vote.

I think Big Lebowski is way overrated and I couldn't watch Fargo and their stupid accents for more than ten minutes.

Fargo was good, but the The Big Lebowski was better.

Oh Brother Where Art Thou? combines the Odyssey with elements of Flannery O'Connor and Faulkner, so I really liked that. First time I saw it was actually in an English class senior year of college, so I'm partial to it, though I like most of the other stuff.

Anyone ever try the Lebowski challenge? Drink a White Russian every time the Dude drinks one, burn one down every time the Dude does. Its impossible, only because you have to drink about a gallon of milk to cover all the white russians (I think he has like 9 of them). But that hasnt stopped me from trying a couple times.

LebowskiFest NYC is also alot of fun, at a bowling alley in Rockaway. I've been twice and rolled my way into the semis of the trivia contest last time.
